Refund policy

At MYMOFOSmile, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our custom dental products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy provides guidance on how to request a return or refund.

Fit Guarantee and Returns

For products that do not fit perfectly, we offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your product to request a return.

  • Fit Issues: If your product does not fit, we will offer to remake it with new impressions or provide a refund. You will be asked to provide details and photos of the product so we can investigate the cause. We cannot accept any returns without completing this process. To start a return, please contact us at support@mymofosmile.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and issued via the original payment method.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the product has been made, as these items are custom-made specifically for you and cannot be repurposed.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is processed smoothly.

Warranty and Manufacturing Faults

If your product develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, you may be eligible for a replacement or repair, as per the MYMOFOSmile Warranty Policy. To request assistance for manufacturing faults, contact us with details and photos of the issue, and our team will review the claim.

Before Your Product Is Made

If you change your mind before the product has been made, you will only be charged for the cost of damaged or used impression kits.

  • Unopened Impression Kits: If returned unopened, we will provide a full refund. However, you are responsible for the return postage.
  • Damaged or Used Impression Kits: There is a $50 replacement charge for damaged or used impression kits, and additional purchased kits are non-refundable.
  • In-Progress Orders: If we have received your impressions and started or completed manufacturing, only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.

Australia Post Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are subject to Australia Post’s schedule, and additional time may be required for remote areas. MYMOFOSmile is not responsible for delays due to shipping, but we will work to minimise the impact on your order where we can.
